Whoa!!!
Carrie TRANSFORMED herself! Please read what she says...she made up her mind to SUCCEED!!!
"I hit a milestone this week.
I've lost exactly HALF of my body weight.
No lie.
Left is age 29
Right is age 43
...and I've lost 10 more pounds since this pic.
People want to know how and how fast and what do they have to give up...
1. It has taken me every day. Not 6 weeks, not 6 months. Every day. I start again every day.
2. I gave up bad habits one at a time. I gave up excuses. I gave up blame. I gave up shortcuts and fake stuff. (I gave up bread and sugar too )
3. I took advice from my body about what was working and what wasn't. I took advice from people that had won, not people still at war. I focused on one path instead of chasing other miracles.
4. I celebrated every win. Some days that was a new number or a new size. Some days it was an airplane aisle without turning sideways. Some days it was someone saying "all the cute clothes are for little people like you". Some days it was just being able to put the bread down, spit the sugar out or stopping before regret! And honestly...some days I celebrated being able to start again tomorrow.
5. I made time for success. I prepped. I planned. I scheduled it. Success (in anything) has to be scheduled.
6. I quit waiting for a better time.
Y'all...this applies to everything!!!!
Weight. Health. Relationships. Business. Financial goals. Spiritual. Parenting. Skills.
Read it again and substitute YOUR goal in there. No matter what it is.
You've got this.
